This is one of my go-to chili recipes, I’ve made it a few times a year for 4 or so years now, thanks for sharing!

I use a crockpot and always pour in a coffee stout beer when I make it.

Did it feel like there wasn’t enough liquid in this recipe with just 1c of sauce and 28oz of diced tomatoes? I added in 1c of water for some liquid but it was still pretty thick.
