Hi Carol, baker’s unsweetened chocolate will be too bitter so I’d just skip the chocolate chips entirely or sub in something else like raisins or nuts. Enjoy!

my loaf pan is a non stick pan, so if I use parchment paper on my pan do I still need to oil the pan before placing the parchment paper on it?
