I’ve read people say that essential oils shouldn’t be mixed with dried herbs as they wil make them wet and eventually they will go rancid as essentialoilsareactuallywater based… is this true? also, some have said that a carrier oil should be added to the essential oils? is that correct?
p.s. I love the idea of blending the herbs to help it go down the drain easier!!! ❤️ ….

Nancy, I think since this is on the salts and going into water where it will be diluted, you are okay without a carrier oil. If it were going directly on skin, you would need one. You can always use one, it will just have less scent.
