Yeah, you’re bound to run into rude people every now and then. Sometimes I remember that people can have a bad day, but I give them no excuse to be snappy towards others! UGH. :\ I’m glad you and C are over it. Anyways, these pancakes look like a dream that I couldn’t get over! I will have to try these pancakes ASAP–will have to omit the egg or substitute with a flax egg!

How much sugar should you use if you’re substituting that for the maple syrup? (I just really hate maple syrup.)
