Ok they are DONE. Slightly crumbly only edges are lacy and sizzles until brown. Took longer in the oven.I wouldn’t say they are lacy. Would like to perfect these.

So far mine are spreading had to add EXTRA coconut oil. Not crimping yet. Perhaps because I am in the mountains

I followed the recipe exactly, teaspoon for each and all, and they’re not spreading at all. Very disappointing. And for the record I have no problem following recipes. I can bake a cheesecake from scratch and other complicated bakings, but not these apparently.

In reply to Shelley K.. Did you measure it out with an exact teaspoon as the recipe indicates? If you have anything more than a teaspoon your cookies will not spread.

Exact same issue as everyone else. Didn’t spread at all, very disappointing. Please ensure you test your recipes, I followed it exactly as listed above.
