I love Fattoush salad but for some reason I’m always intimidated to make it. Your recipe was so easy to follow, had simple ingredients and tasted better than any takeout I’ve had. We made this the other night, and it was a hit with my whole family. The chicken is nicely seasoned, with lots of flavor, and so is the dressing. My oldest son is not a salad fan at all, but yet he even liked this one for dinner! What a win!
