I just made this as I’m leaning into Mediterranean eating. Absolutely delish! The only change was half yogurt , half mayo. The flavors & seasoning are a tasty twist on the original. The olives & sun-dried tomatoes too!

Not that fond of eggs although I would like to like egg salad.
I am Canadian; my father was in the Canadian Air Force while I was growing up. I lived in France from 1 to 4 years old. Apparently I was learning French and German during that time. I took French most of my elementary and high school years but because we moved everything 3 years I repeated all but 5 years. Although my father was French, he refused to teach any of us 6 kids. I had 4 years of Latin in high school and took a 6 week evening course in conversational Italian.
I cannot speak anything but English but I can understand and help people who are learning.
All those languages helped me when I boarded a Panamanian woman who came to learn English as a second language. She had basically no English when she arrived. She won the award for most improved in her class.

I can never spell Mediterranean either. It trips me up every time, including just now. Love the flavors though.

Also, model UN….we might have to part ways. I was equal parts jock and the bad kid smoking cigarettes brazenly on the school steps. I probably would have tried to corrupt you. 🙂
