I have been making lavender simple syrup for years. My favorite cocktail to use it in is a rosé sangria in the summer. Rosé, brandy, triple sec, orange juice, lavender simple syrup and then fresh blackberries, peaches and plums. No lemon and lime slices in this one! Makes me feel like I’m in the south of France!
