My husband and I are cutting back on our meat intake. When I perused this recipe, it seemed like it would be delicious. And indeed it is a great tasting veggie chili! Instead of using salt, I added a 3/4 teaspoon of Badia Cilantro Lime Pepper Salt. That’s the only modification I made. I also made a hot skillet blueberry cornbread. YUMMY! Again, thank you!
