It did not disappoint! I used rapadura sugar as i had it on hand and it worked perfectly. I also melted the butter and mixed it through the topping instead of crumbling it (i’m always hopeless at this part for some reason). The recipe got a huge tick of approval from the hubby as well. Will definitely be making it again!
